Food, Inc. is a hard hitting documentary about the globalization of food production by multi-national corporations. It follows the history of the fast food industry since the 1950's and the changes made to food production from what it was for 1000 of years before. It highlights the fact at these corporations are about business, profits and having vast amounts of control over what we eat. It shows that incentive for profits and newer science and technologies uses has had an overall negative effect on on our health, food workers, and the environment. It also hypothesizes that this method is currently unsustainable at the currant rate of which it is being used.
